We do not include a license for cPanel/WHM with our VPS packages. However, you can use a trial version of cPanel/WHM for 15 days! After the trial expires, you will be required to purchase a license from cpanel.com (https://www.cpanel.com/) or a cPanel license reseller. There are also free alternatives such as Webmin/Virtualmin. We provide Templates for both solutions, so you won't need to worry about installing either of them on your VPS package.

How can I backup or restore my VPS server?

We offer the ability to create snapshots. A snapshot is a copy of the VPS state, exactly as it is at the moment the snapshot is taken. The state includes the virtual machine’s power state (for example, powered-on, powered-off) and the data all of the files that make up the virtual machine. How long does it take to activate my VPS server?

The VPS package you've ordered will be activated instantly, as soon as you finish the order by submitting a payment. However, please note, that depending on your selected template, it may take up to 1 hour for the Operating System to fully install and update and until then, your VPS server might not be fully available.

How can I point my Domain to my VPS?

Before your Domain can work with your VPS package you need to actually point it to your VPS. To make your Domain point to your VPS, you need to create Child Nameservers through your Domain Managment section and point them to your VPS's IP. Additionally, you need to create the appropriate DNS Zone for your Domain on your VPS package.
